1985 AMC Renault Alliance L Description: 1985 AMC Renault Alliance L convertible. A popular product of the "alliance" between AMC and Renault of France in the 1980's. The great little cars were manufactured in Kenosha, Wisconsin and made of 72% U.S. content. Magazines of the day rated the quality of the car as excellent and won Motor Trend's "Car of the Year" award two years earlier. These great little convertibles were sporty and economical.
It is rare to find one in this nice of condition. This example is low mileage, and powered by the fuel injected 1.7 litre 4-cylinder engine with 77.7 hp. and coupled with an automatic transmission. Features include, steel sport wheels with trim rings, luggage rack and a new correct tan and black convertible top and nice cold factory air conditioning with freon upgrade. We also had a new timing belt installed along with the belt tensioner. Finished in Almond Beige.
With a reinforced frame, AMC turned to American Sunroof Corporation on constructing the convertibles. A great entry level collector car or just for fun in the sun.
World wide shipping available.
